MAC OS

Open Safari on your Mac.
Go to the webpage of the tool you want.
⁠In the menu bar, click File → Add to Dock…
⁠Set:
1. Name (what you want it to be called)
2. (Optional) URL (leave as-is unless you want a different page)
Click Add.

iOS

⁠Open Safari on your iPhone/iPad.
Go to the webpage of the tool you want.
Tap the Share button (square with arrow).
Scroll and tap Add to Home Screen.
Edit the name if you want.
Tap Add.
