- Personal data (name, address, date of birth, etc.);
- Contact details (mobile number, email address, etc.);
- Financial data (e.g., account details);
- Online identifiers (e.g., cookie ID, IP addresses);
- Location and traffic data;
- Audio and visual recordings;

2.2 Under what conditions do we process your data?

We treat your data confidentially and in accordance with the purposes set out in this privacy policy. We ensure that processing is transparent and proportionate.

If, in exceptional cases, we are unable to follow these principles, the processing of data may still be lawful because there is a legal basis. In particular, the following may serve as a legal basis:

- Your consent;
- the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures;
- our legitimate interests, provided that your interests do not override them.

2.3 How can you withdraw your consent?

If you have given us consent to process your personal data for specific purposes, we will process your data within the scope of that consent, unless we have another legal basis.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by sending an email to the address provided in the legal notice. Data processing that has already taken place is not affected by the withdrawal.

2.4 In which cases can we share your data with third parties?

We may rely on third parties or affiliated companies to provide services and entrust them with processing your data (so-called processors). Categories of recipients include in particular:

b. Visiting our social media channels

We may have embedded links to our social media channels on our website. These are clearly recognizable to you (typically via the corresponding icons). When you click on an icon, you will be redirected to our social media channels.

In this case, the social media providers will know that you are accessing their platform from our website. The social media providers may use the data collected in this way for their own purposes. Please note that we have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or how it is used by the providers.

c. Transfer abroad

In the course of processing, your personal data may be transferred to companies abroad. These companies are subject to the same data protection obligations as we are. Transfers may take place worldwide.

If the level of data protection does not correspond to that of Switzerland, we will first conduct a risk assessment and contractually ensure that the same level of protection as in Switzerland is guaranteed (e.g., by using the new EU Commission Standard Contractual Clauses or other legally required measures). If our risk assessment is negative, we will implement additional technical measures to protect your data. You can access the EU Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses at the following link: https://commission.europa.eu/publications/standard-contractual-clauses-controllers-and-processors-eueea_de

We store personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the specific purposes for which the data was collected.

Data we store during your visit to our website is retained for twelve months. An exception applies to analytics and tracking data, which may be retained for longer.

We store contract data for a longer period because we are legally required to do so. In particular, we must retain business correspondence, concluded contracts, and accounting records for up to 10 years. Once we no longer need such data from you to provide our services, the data will be blocked and used only for accounting and tax purposes.

2.6 How do we protect your data?

We will store your data securely and take all appropriate measures to protect it from loss, access, misuse, or alteration.

Our contractors and employees who have access to your data are obliged to comply with data protection regulations. In some cases, it may be necessary for us to forward your inquiries to affiliated companies. Even in these cases, your data will be treated confidentially.

Within our website, we use the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol in combination with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser.

a. Right of access

You may request information at any time about the data we have stored about you. Please send your request for information together with proof of identity to contact@framelink.ch.

You also have the right to receive your data in a commonly used file format if we process your data automatically, and if:

- You have given your consent to the processing of this data; or
- You have disclosed the data in connection with the conclusion or performance of a contract.

We may restrict or refuse to provide information or data if doing so would conflict with our legal obligations, our legitimate interests or public interests, or the interests of a third party.

Processing your request is subject to the statutory period of 30 days. However, we may extend this period due to high request volumes, legal or technical reasons, or because we need more information from you. You will be informed of any extension in good time, at least in text form.

b. Erasure and rectification

You may request the deletion or correction of your data at any time. We may refuse the request if legal regulations require us to retain the data for longer or unchanged, or if a legal basis opposes your request.

Please note that exercising your rights may, in some cases, conflict with contractual agreements and have corresponding effects on the performance of the contract (e.g., early termination of the contract or cost implications).

c. Legal recourse

If you are affected by the processing of personal data, you have the right to enforce your rights in court or to file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
